E-Manifest; Data Availability & Request for Comment
Read Full Rule |
Final |
This notice announces the availability of
additional information on the e-manifest project. Following
EPA’s proposal to develop a nearly paperless electronic
manifest system, the Office of Solid Waste held a 2-day
public meeting to discuss the system and get stakeholders’
input on implementing the system. As a result, EPA is now
considering a centralized, national e-manifest system. This
notice outlines EPA’s findings and requests comments.
Comments must be received on or before
June 19, 2006. |
