Cancellation Policies

Compliance, Train the Trainer & IATA Cancellation

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to katharine@hazmat-tsp.com. Cancellation requests received up to 14 days before the event will be refunded in full, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellation requests received up to 7 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received within 7 days of the event, including no-shows. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation and in the same manner as original payment. Registrations are transferable between events upon approval.

In-House Cancellation 

Upon signing our proposal and accepting our specified training quote, and payment of your deposit, which is 50% of your proposed cost you have up to 14 days prior to your training to cancel.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to kkeegan@hazmat-tsp.com. Cancellation requests received up to 14 days before the event will be refunded less your deposit.

No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received within 7 days of the event, including no-shows. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation and in the same manner as original payment. 

Should you need to cancel and want to reschedule and sign a new proposal within 48 hours, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. 
 


Registration Policies

COmpliance Seminars 

Transportation Skills Programs requires full payment of the registration fee upon booking. Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received. Payment by check or PO is available until 15 business days prior to the event start date; following that, only credit card payment is accepted. Please remit payment to:

No recording or reproduction of our presentation is permitted without the express written consent of Robert Keegan.

By ordering our products you agree to the following policies:

  1. Orders must be paid in full before being shipped out. 

  2.  All Sales Final 

  3. All orders are shipped within one week of payment received (shipping happens Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday only). 

  4. Rush orders could be subject to additional shipping and handling costs.
